About Me
Growing up in Northern Ireland through the political divide forced me into martial arts so I could protect myself and my younger brother from being victimized on our school journeys and when out playing.
It was only when my brother got caught as we were being chased that made me step up to fight back, before this I took so many beatings like a coward.
Since that day over 30 years ago, I have been on a constant journey of self-improvement and with those experiences, I have been lucky enough to coach over 700 high performers to lose weight & improve their health & self-confidence. Many clients have repaired their marriages and skyrocketed their businesses with their newfound confidence and ability in themselves.
