Do you include check in’s to make sure I’m staying on track?
Most definitely ! This is my favorite part of the week. we have weekly calls and you have unlimited access to me on my private number.
Do I need to train at a gym or can can I train from home?
I cater for both, especially with current circumstances-COVID.
